We're in the Great Glen, just off the main A82 Glasgow to Inverness road. We're 15 miles from Fort William, 5 from Spean Bridge, and about 50 south of Inverness.
From the Fort William direction, we're about 1km (0.6 miles) beyond the entrance to Invergloy House.

City Link buses run past our door en route from Glasgow, Inverness and Skye
ScotRail's West Highland Line (including the famous Caledonian Sleeper service) runs from Glasgow to Fort William (and beyond to Mallaig). The route, which is generally recognised as "one of the world's great train journeys", crosses some of the wildest and most remote country in Scotland, much of it inaccessible by road. There is a Sleeper service from London Euston, on which you can awake to see dawn break over Loch Lomond or Rannoch Moor (look out for bargain online booking rates). Inverness Airport is the destination for an increasing number of airlines, including EasyJet, FlyBe, RyanAir, Eastern Airways, Highland Airways and British Airways. Car hire is available at the airport, which is about 55 miles from East Lodge.
Glasgow International Airport is about 3 hours drive (110miles).
Edinburgh (140 miles) and Prestwick (150 miles) Airports are both about 3.5 hours drive.
